In a suitable pot, fry 75 grams of Nagini raw onion with 3 tablespoons (18 grams) of oil. Add 260 grams of lean lamb meat, half a teaspoon (1 gram) of turmeric and 1 gram of salt to the onion that has softened. We add water and let it cook on a gentle flame.
